Thanks to all. GliderXXX and others are all over it. Wind buffeting. I put a 9" shield on it and it's 90% better! I suppose a little taller and it would be gone completely. But this is bearable.
I posted in other categories just to get some responses as soon as possible since I knew I had to get an answer quick. I got several, different responses but not a solution from Wcross, just a complaint. Sorry if it p*ssed you off. I'm glad one of the most economical ones fixed the problem.
Don't get over to the other areas much, I've got a touring ultra c. and I figured it would all be here. So I guess I'll have to jump around to the other areas. Thanks for the info.
Hey Fl2007, It wasn't a complaint, just an observation. I did respond in ONE OF YOUR OTHER THREADS REGARDING THE SAME THING with the same windsheild solution. Try reading ALL of the responses before you post something back.
Hey Wcross - I'm not looking to argue with anyone. It was an unnecessary "observation". I was trying to check all the threads that I had started. I appreciate your positive feedback and assistance.
Mine has 23,000 miles and started to vibrate like yours. I changed the spark plugs. I got them from VIP. 4 for $7.00
You are going to need to change your plugs every year any way, so if I'm wrong you can put the old plugs back in for a few more months.
But I'd start with what Chooch says. He seem to know what he is talking about.
p.s. a lot not alot
