yes. and i checked the part numbers, the fender for the 2018 road glide cvo is the same part number for the 2018 road glide custom (58900009, prime), so shouldn't need a fender change either.
If your 2014 has ABS it is a direct bolt on if not you will need to swap the bearings. You will require a fender spacer to raise the front fender to clear the 21 on a 2014 and newer bike.

that's what i thought too, but the 2018 road glide custom and the 2018 cvo road glide custom both have the same part number for the fender (in prime). and the 2018 doesn't show any spacers. probably will want to get the lower springs in the forks though....
The tabs on the CVO fender are longer. If you look in the P&A book where they sell the CVO wheel (knockout) I believe is the name, the kit comes with a new fender which is because the stock on isnt tall enough. We have put many 21s in bikes at the shop and they have all required a space to clear in 2014 and up. As for the part slides you have shown CVO parts are sold in the color that the bike is and usually require a VIN to ensure you own that bike.
Pretty easy for anyone to check the tires. 130/60-19 for an Enforcer 130/60-21 for the CVO wheel. Don't even have to do that 'complicated' metric tire math. CVO tire is 2" taller.

they also show a part number for the fender in prime, not just the cvo colors. I bought one for the wife's bike because they do sit a little lower (at least 2013 and below).
would like to know for 100% sure myself. here is the page from the parts manual showing the fender in the different colors and primed, and then a partial listing of what else that primed fender is used on.
will the fender work, or is this another typo on hd's part?

I cant speak to if it's a typo or not, I have never looked for anything CVO to be primed. I can say that every single 2014 and newer bike that we have put a 21 on has needed the fender raised. The only CVO bikes that have the taller fender are the 2018 and 2019 FLTRXSE as they are the only ones that come with a 21 on the front so a fender on a CVO street glide would be the same as a regular street glide. The Road Glide is the only one that is different.
