And - if people took better care upon battery installation to insure a good, clean, well mated connection, they would not have to be monkeying around under the seat figuring out why their bike won't start sometime later on down the road.
As mentioned, get it right upon the install and it should serve you well for the life of the battery. More RIDE.
One thing i do is every once in awhile i remove the seat and snug the cables down some. They tend to become alittle loose over time. Also gives me the chance to apply to anti- corrosion stuff to the connections.
