Default Cvo vs standard transmission
Broken rear swingarm mount on my transmission. Is the cvo transmission better or is it only the hydraulic clutch the only difference between the two? 02-06 model years

There is only one trans case for whatever year your bike is, not sure how a trans case could ever brake. What happened?

There is a crack in case where the swingarm bolt goes through . No I dont want to weld it I want to replace. Not common but it does happen.

Maybe call Baker Drivetrain on Monday. I got an email with discounts codes yesterday. Anyways they had a complete OD 6 transmission for $2750 for your model year bike. Maybe they will still have a deal on a complete unit.

Can get a take off on ebay in the 500.00 range much friendlier on my pocket. But a baker would be nice no doubt.

You can check part numbers for any part on a parts website also check which years are similar.
