Welcome to the forums. What sort of trouble shooting did you do before you started replacing parts?
i used a meter meter to test battery it was hold charge the stator was under on resistance and regulator was with in margins but replaced both and battery was the first to be replaced before I trouble shooted anything but I jump it off and the volts just slowly drain away until it dies
Are you checking voltage when the bike is running? If so, what is that voltage and does the voltage increase with engine revs? If battery drains after bike is shut off you may have a draw on the electrical system.
Replacing parts without a thorough diagnosis is simply throwing money at a problem. In this situation it’s called “shotgunning” which isn’t a good way to diagnose an issue.
What was the original problem? Search the forums and you’ll find a tremendous wealth of troubleshooting steps regarding your charging system.
voltage is dropping while bike is running but everything is testing in good range and parts are new just don’t know what else it could be
The only component left in the charging system that hasn't been replaced would be the rotor. Did you inspect the splines on it when the stator was replaced?
Replace the terminal leads (all) leading to the battery. Total cost ? Less than $7.00.
You may need to purchase 2 sizes. Bad terminals will effect battery tender....After going crazy for months, my 2004 flht problem solved....after hundreds of dollars in parts
