whats up all would just like to know if i have rush slip on exhust mufflers2 inch baffeles but no stage 1 air filter would it be ok to run like that for a while just traded in road king for ultra and ran out of damn money .
You should be ok for nowif that's all you're doing. Do yourself and your bike a favor and install an air kit to help it breathe better. That and some kind of fuel management system such as a PC III or SERT will make it an entirely different beast, not to mention it will run cooler. I'm not that much of a "wrench", but somebody who is will be along shortly. Just my 2 cents worth.
I ran 2" Rush for several months with no A/C or other mods- it'll run fine and sound real good.
2" is the max recommended by Rush with no ECM flash or EFI controller- beyond 2" & it starts popping bad on decel...
I have Rush 2.25's (which are the largest I was told I could go without serious popping) and a K&N stage1. There was some pop when shifting/decel and the mechanic at the dealer (reputable, believe it or not) told me that with either the new muffler or the new air filter I'd be OK with just a download, but since I have both I'd be better off getting a SERT. Had the SERT installed and it's like a whole new bike.

Sky You don't want to change the AC until you have the funds for the download or better yet a after market fuel management system. Them there HD's run lean enough from the get go with out adding more air to em with any extra fuel. You'll be Ok for now with just the mufflers.
