I have a chance to pick up a set of Wild One , model 572 1 1/4" Apes 14" Super cheap . I am thinking of putting these on my RK . I was going to go with Khromewerks bobber style because the pullback is only 8" compared to the Wild Ones which are 12" ... Would like your opinion on them and pics if you have them ....
I don’t have a picture at the moment to post, but I’ve had two sets of wild one 502’s (12.5”) on two road kings I’ve had, and I wish I had gone 14” the second time around. I didn’t because i was selling a pair of Arlen ness mini oval mirrors, and a guy offered a trade for the 502’s, so I traded. The 14”s would have been perfect. If you can pick them up for cheap, get them!
Thank-you for your response . I think I'm going to grab them up and just see how they they feel . The price is right that if I decide not to use them won't be out much . I'm still aiming towards the Khromewerks boober bars because of there pull back . . Soooo comfortable !!
I got 10” wild ones and can’t complain. Quality bars... This is my second time choosing wild one and have never had any issues with the finish. If I did it again I would go 14” maybe 16”, I’ll know more after I send my seat to MCC and drop my butt an 1”.

I think I'm going to bite on these . . They are 14's and I can't pass on the price ... I'm going to do the swap next winter when I have more time to do the cables and wiring . Just like , I've got enough to do on the bike and I'm running out of funds . I'll probably end up putting them on and if I don't like them I'll know the Kromewerks bars will easily swap over , just more time in the shop , but the cables and wiring will fit ..
For a reference point, these are wild 1 502s..12.5 bars. The 14 s will be the same, but the top of the bars would be where the mini oval mirrors are.
