Default Rear Pulley

Hey all. I have a 96 Ultra Classic and I have been working on improving it since I've found it a year and a half ago. So far I've changed out the cam to an Andrews EV-13, thrown in a horsepower Inc throttle body, power commander, autotune, 2-1 exhaust, baker DD6, hayden m-6, barrett clutch as well as a bunch of electronics along the way. Craigslist and eBay is both a wonderful and horrible thing. Anyway, she runs like a raped ape and is a fun ride. Next project is a set of screamin eagle heads and some rollers rocker I found at a swap meet for a little of nothing. However, when I get done with this I'm thinking about changing up the gearing to get some better highway RPMs.

So now the question. The quickest and easiest method is to change out the rear pulley to a 68T, maybe a 66T. I was just wondering what years of and what models would fit my model? Also has anyone tried this with this year and model? Thanks.

Why do you want to change the rear pulley?! The sizes you mention apply to later bikes than yours which have narrower belts, they are not easily retro-fitted. As your bike is an Evo I recommend you call into the Evo section, where you will meet up with fellow Evo owners and get Evo-specific advice. I also have a DD6 and revised overall gearing, in my 1990 Glide, using 30/70 pulleys, with a narrower belt, different wheels, brakes etc.
