T-bars are actually functional....try them sometime. More rigid mounting, and hand position is better for SOME.
As for "ugly"...opinion. But Id much rather that than a big wheel...this bike is built to ride, not look flashy.
We have a performance - bagger thread on here if anyones interested in this stuff.

For sure. He didn't cheap out that's for sure. I think its bad ***.
Putting the terms "performance Roadglide" and "stage 1 103" in the same conversation is typical of what to expect from Currated.
Suspension, wheels, and brakes. That is one nasty bagger. It aint gonna haul *** in a straight line but youll probably run out of ***** before you outside the suspension and brakes on it on a nice curvy mountain road.

if they were a foot lower maybe, you don't see many sport bikes with the bars at chest or shoulder height.

No you don't see sport bikes with tall bars . Different bike, different geometry
I have mx bars on my road glide and previously had 16" and 18" apes on my last touring bike
It's night and day difference between apes and tbars . Tbars your bike feels like it's on rails . Apes have a little flex. Even when running solid riser bushings . It's just a different animal if you decide to run tbars

I think the main objective of bikes like that is to look fast. Tall bars, pictured above, would only prevent you from lowering your upper body to get center of gravity shifted. Looks cool while riding but have no impact on handling, if anythings makes you go slower.
Also brakes on our bikes are amazing from factory. Brambo equipped bikes have same or similar stopping distance as top of the line supper sports. I dont think bike above stops any faster then the oem set up. It probably provides a better feel and certainly looks cool.
However, bike does look cool and seems like it could go fast. Definitely new style/generation of motorcycle.
