They will fit but you'll be sitting higher & it'll affect front trail slightly. If you search & read shock threads, you'll find there are many who have gone with 13" shocks & are happy with the results.
I'd recommend you visit DK Customs website (they are an HDF Vendor) & do some reading.
Other touring models come with 13" shocks.
The 12" shocks on your bike are for looks and they reduce performance, in the opinions of most.
You'll most likely find that the ride and handling improve, since you'll be restoring the stock suspension geometry.
I was going to use 13" shocks on my street glide with 1" lowering blocks to keep the low look an get the improved ride quality. I've heard/read that first inch of travel on the 13's is softer/smoother than on the 12's.
