Regardless of how well the factory Stage 1 download does or does not work, why doesn't anyone think this is a warranty issue?

I have a 05' RK Standard. I am running the SERT with V&H slip ons and SE Air Kit. I also had it dyno'd. The bike runs awesome, but I still get some popping on decel, more so if I am going downhill. I have read much about the decel popping, to different degrees, being attributable to either running lean, or exhaust leaks. I can't help but wonder if part of this is just the nature of reduced backpressure. Comments?
