2004 1 qt. The people with the 08s and 13s are saying they use more because those bikes take more than a qt,

Much ado about nothing. I use a quart. It's always been close enough and doesn't leave partial bottles around.

Say you bought the popular Bandit Sportsman clutch for your bike. Guess what the directions would tell you to do about primary fluid?

"10. Reinstall the cover and add primary fluid. We recommend using 14oz. This allows the ring gear to pick the oil up and distribute it onto the chain without filling the clutch pack and causing hydraulic drag between the plates."

It takes one quart for the oil to be visible at the bottom of the basket on my 2003 Ultra, just like my Service Manual calls for and illustrates.

You can download a very good and complete MoCo manual for your ride for $15.

Thanks guys, I checked the oil level again after it ran and sat. Level looks good from what you all have said.
