The thickness for the foam for the double decker which is what I used is 1 inch 10 lb foam and 2 inch 5.5 inch foam. Very comfortable and looks awesome. Lori is probably the best customer person I have ever dealt with and I purchase a lot of things for my company. You will not be disappointed.
I just did my own seat. I have the pillow look HD seat. Decided to put some memory foam in. I looked all over the place for 10 Lb. memory foam and could not find any. I ended up ordering 3" 5.5 Lb. memory foam and used that. Have not riden it yet but just sitting on it feels good. Will find out in May when I usually put insurance on it.
Last summer we went on a week long ride and by the end our butts were getting a little sore. Seat is old, so figured it just was needing a little rebuilding. Hope it works out or I will be hearing about it from the wife in no time.
They destroyed my Corbin, was ill when pulling it out of the box. Turned a high dollar seat into a wheel chock, wouldn't refund my money for poor work performed, excuse was they didn't specialize in Corbins but had no problem taking the job and money.
I did the double memory foam with a narrowed seat pan. They didn’t offer the ironbutt mod then, which is 3 layers. That mod is at stock height. I still did the sore butt challenge with just the double, 1100 miles, in 22 hours. Yes, they’re that good.
