These kind of discussions make me chuckel, at what RPM do you want moretorque? With various combinations more TQ can be made at 1000, 2000, 3000, etc, etc,RPMs, where do you want it? The age old question, "how fast do you want to go doing what".?
Right !
2k to 3k rpm that's the range I'd appreciate to go through up to 5th gear, and there up to stay rollin'around 3.5.
Cool rides, my favourites...
put a set of andrews 26g's, a set of pipes and a DTT w WEGO II AutoTune....it'll wake up....but if youre worried bout legal then just save your money cause you dont understand....not bangin on you, hang around awhile longer and you'll get it

Bryan,
I'm not *worried*, just don't want to be any more. Each man a story...
Cams is sound part of the project, DTT/SERT/ThunderMax ? ? ? I remember you disconnected autotune on your. Would you pick DTT again if you were on the start line ?
If you are going to stay at 88"(which it sounds like you are going to), put in a set of Andrews 21G cams, put on a free flowing air cleaner like the K&N 3910, put on a set of slip-on mufflers like the Wild Pigs, and then either do the PCIIIusb or get a Thundermax. That will be the cheapest and "safest" mods you can do that will make a big difference in your low-end torque. The PCIIIusb will need a good map or a dyno tune, or the Thundermax will adjust the AFR automatically for you.
...JJAA I believe is from the other side of the pond.. i don't have a clue about laws in France..if you can't mess with engine alot I would go with xxxflhci and go with 3.37primary gearing.
