So has anyone been disappointed by this company? , they use First Extended Service Corporation and they have a bad rep..I've read good things about Jim and how he takes,care if people but I'm more concerned with the First extended service corp.

Did you call First Extended Service Corporation and talk to them? Keep in mind, Discount ESP was just the broker. Any claims you may have would be handled directly by the extended service provider.
Ask them directly about your concerns.

Well that is,my concern, not so much ESP but the compay they use. Just a little upset so my wording might be off. But read nothing but bad reviews about First Extended Service Corporation. this is the issue

Discount ESP was listed under Boardtracker HD which just went out of business for fraud, not sure how or if the two are connected but the discount esp contract clearly states "Boardtracker HD" may be something worth checking out.

Oh they have re plied that the boardwalker issue has nothing to do with ESP. but will try to get my money back. Will see how that goes. haven't used a claim yet and hasn't been 30 days. But pretty easy not to return my money.
