Shaking in neutral is normal, up to a point.
If your faring is vibrating too much, you may have broken mounts inside.
Show it to your dealer for their opinion.
If it's normal shaking, they'll know.
look down at your front axle nut while at a stop and you'll see it bouncing around, while looking at the front axle nut grab the front brake and you'll see it stop and feel the vibration transfer in to frame and its very pronounced. don't sweat it, but for good measure look into that front motor mount.....
Next time you are at a stop release the front brake and see if the vibration is less, my guess it will be. Hold the bike with the rear brake. High output engine, that's hilarious.
HUGE difference when holding the front brake on at a stop versus no front brake. The vibrations travel right through the rotor to the caliper and right up the forks... def a difference! Also agree on checking front motor mount. But something else to look at is the stabilizer links.
I replaced the front mount on my 06 RK and torqued it down per the manual ,it vibrated bad. I backed it down a couple pounds of torque and there was a lot less vibration with it.
