in the specs they are saying color matched latches and rear fender ground effect with tri lighting.I dont see these in the photos, does anyone else? Aside from that I think theres a major improvement over last year. First off the brembo brakes with optional abs is unbeleivable ! for years ive been complaining about stock hd brakes. Brembo being probably the best out there is a major merge for hd. The dual halogens , black spokes and motor and stretched dash w/ 6 gallon tank all are great updates that are makin me wish I wouldve waited it out a few months. At this point I have too many mods to trade up. Oh well... Gotta be thankful for what u have !!
Im actually glad there was no SE cause i loved the older year graphics with the eagle head on the fairing and a 08 might have tempted me. over the edge , hmmm
They're also stating the the '08 RG will have a solo headlight. I think their webmaster screwed up and posted the stuff for the Street Glide which would explain the rear fender treatment. Just my opinion but I'd be surprised to see the same stuff there in a week once someone's had a chance to tell them about it.
that makes sense. Probably a typo. nonetheless, 08 roadglides are badass !! My friend is lined up to get the first one in our area. He got roadglide fever once he saw mine. Sold his rk and has been waitin in line ever since. I told him about all the upgrades and changes and lets just say his day got alot better.
I gotta say, I never cared for the rg. Even after renting one. BUT, that being said. I would buy a '08 rg. The changes that have been done are enough to sway me over the shark nose. JMHO

I never really cared for it either, until a buddy got one and I starting spending some time around it... I slowly fell in love with the bike, and instead of getting the RK I had planned on, I got the RG instead.
