It all depends on the maintenance the bike has received. We just returned from a 3300 mile trip on 2011 Street Glide with over 66K on it with no problems but I do my own service and maintenance and know its done. I bought the bike 4 years old with only 7K on it and opposite of your situation the low miles worried me it still had the original tires which I changed quick.

A buddy of mine ended up purchasing a used Road King with a similar amount of mileage from a dealer only to find out later that during the big bore install an upgraded oil pump wasn't done, resulting in a subsequent need to replace the motor.
If you decide to go with the bike I'd highly recommend having the dealer provide an extended warranty at their cost if they don't already.
