Those are good looking shocks. The pixs seem to show the bike lower in the rear. I had to put 12" air shocks with heavier oil (10 wt) in them, on my 2011 SERGU. Otherwise it was to tall and heavy for me to more around much. The ride was ok. I didn't have any problem sliding the J&S jack underneath it. Yours should ride a lot better than the air shocks did. Looking forward to your opinion after you get some miles on them.

A simple piece of 2X8 with a sloped cut on one end will allow you to roll your rear tire onto it and give you room to slide the jack in and out with any problem.

Both my Cherry and Big Sister have been lowered front and back and my jacks will not fit under either. So, I made a set (originally for Cherry) of 2X8's with the sloped ends for both the front and rear tire to roll up on. The front has a wheel stop on the opposited end to the slope cut and I made an outrigger that the jiffy stand can land on so the bike doesn't lay toooooo far over when up on the 2X8's. It works for big Sister as well, but had to modify the outrigger to suit the jiffiy stand that extends out nuch further.

Here are a couple of Pics showing Cherry on my V-lift jack with the2x8's below (I don't have any pics with Big Sister):

Cherry on the V-lift jack. Works great for oil changes and detailing.

Note the outrigger for the jiffy stand.

I also have a HF jack stand, but the V-Lift is much more stable but does not raise the bike very far off the ground.

Just got back from a 50-60 mile scoot. The shocks seem to be okay but I want to get some more seat time before I pass judgement. I like being that inch lower even when stopping. I didn't notice any adverse affects to having the shorter shocks and Suspension Technologies claimed that there wouldn't be any.

I like your boards for raising the bike. I might have to do something like that.

Default Reserve gear kit for old big twin

Since The Yelvington Reverse Pulley by Suspension Technologies is no longer in production to equip my Heritage Softail year 2000 (five speed with carburetor) then I wonder what is the alternative to install a reverse kit on this big twin? Something that isn't overly expensive and isn't made in China for sale on
AliExpress? I humbly ask for help...!

I like it and it seems to be a good system with my only complaint being that I lose a little space in my right saddlebag. The only other issue seems to be the fact that some aftermarket mufflers can cause clearance problems but that can be fixed by spacing the mufflers down a little.

Lets hear everyone's thoughts on which reverse to use.

Believe they are american made still. Had one on my 04 RK. Only thing I don't like about any of these mechanical reverses is the ratio, it's too high in my opinion and experience. Lots of clutch slipping is necessary to control it.

Baker told me in a conversation that theirs are geared lower. No personal experience.
