Stopped at a light, thought everyone behind was stopped, next thing I know my bike is flying into the vehicle in front of me. Smashed the front fender into the tire, rear fender is in & down 1-2", broke the right saddle bag. I'm ok, a little whiplash, stiff & sore. Thinking of going to a CVO look on the rear. See a lot in plastic & or fiberglass that will fit my 99. I could just straighten mine & modify it to look like a CVO, maybe widen it at the same time for a wider rear tire. Are the later models 09 & up doable? Going to be interesting to see what the insurance company is going to do. The adjuster came to my house after 6pm, seemed nice & said I might be surprised at what they will value it at. I think he will be, 1999 with 130K miles. I told him the bike was going no where, & I am going to rebuild it. We will see. Hopefully he gets with me tomorrow.
good thing you are ok, that is one of my fears of having to stop at a redlight and someone run up on you sitting there. I am not sure if the rear fender will fit from a 2009 but i do know that the 14 and up bags will fit on our bikes with just a little modification to the mounting bracket that bolts to the fender support
That sucks but you didn't get hurt bad thankfully. Don't discount the medical part of this and damned sure don't sign off on closing anything, that touch of whiplash may something deeper.

Yep, and be very careful with the slimy Insurance Adjusters. They may attempt to "interpret" this as one of those chain reaction types of incidents, instead of what it was, calling you partially culpable. Frankly, I'd be talking to my Lawyer right now as a preemptive measure to get ahead of any Insurance Co. BS. You may end up dealing with 3 of the bastards by the sounds of things and, statistically, the chances of at least one of em not trying to screw you is "zero".
