You either have a bad radio or a bad amp; for whatever crazy reason. I would be willing to bet money on it.
Hate to say it but, TOLD YOU SO ! ! ! 😄😜📻🎶
Ok.. Now that I have collected myself... I am glad to hear it is fixed! Thanks for the update. It may help someone in the future to know how this was resolved.
Yes, you did, indeed 😄😜 Anyway, it's confusing, how 100% working amp can be broken in an update flash. But everything seems to be possible.
After I get this amp back as fixed or buy one from ebay, I come back to reply, how it works with WHIM Interphone headset connected. I have been told, that no stereo is available, jus mon - for me navigation instructions are not stereo anyway
I share some more information now. I got a message from this electronics guy, who checked this amp. He said, that no burned components could be found. But inside the amp there are much electronics and he thinks, that some memory has been flashed empty / erased during first failed flash. This seems to be a reason, why amp doesn't react at all.
He thinks it may be possible to re-flash an amp memory at factory ???
Has anyone heard about this kind of re-programming?
Anyway I did order an used, but working amp from ebay and I should get it in 2 weeks.

There should be a way to re-flash it back to factory standards and it is possible that this has to be done with specialized equipment. It sounds like it doesn't matter now since you ordered a replacement amp.
Keep in mind that when you update the firmware on any device you own, digital camera, drone, laptop, desktop computer, car audio system, H-D Boombox, etc., NEVER, NEVER, NEVER interrupt the process and ALWAYS make sure it is connected to POWER. If you do, your device will be rendered completely useless.

Yes, this is very good to keep in mind. Unfortunately official dealer guy made this mistake and didn't connect to power on start.
When I get this replacement amp working, I take this faulty amp to this dealer and ask, if they can flash it to factory settings... If they success to do it, then I have one additional amp for a bad day.
I think it would be possible to add it as a 2'nd amp to this system for rear speakers, but is there some wire set available to connect it? Or a wire set to connect it to another bike as first amp, if there is no amp from factory?
An update to this case. I received this ebay amp and it works fine. Speakers are live again Unfortunately my Interphone headset didn't work. Radio pairs it and show it as Connected Wireles Headset, but no voice. Then I got one SENA headset to test and it started to work immediately after pairing. Of course not like H-D Sena, but it works anyway. Music plays (probably mono, I don't care) and navigation instructions come through.
Now my next question is, does anyone know, are there any other headsets, than H-D and SENA, which are working with WHIM...?
I feel I buy now an original H-D Sena set. A little more expensive, but a lot of features. I don't know do I need these features, but after all this mess I don't like to loose anything, which is possible to get
