Aside from the basic rear view mirrors at the HD dealership, any recommendations to replace my pitted mirrors on a 2003 Road King Classic? Thanks, Jason

Man, the mirror selection is nearly endless. If you went to any of the usual sites for aftermarket, and even the HD site, you would be looking all day.

Just go to JP cycles, or Revzilla, and put in your bike info. It will list all of the mirrors and stalks that they have available.

Yes there are tons of mirrors available. I found most of the ornate mirrors are too small to be useful and the stock mirrors suck..

I have gone through a few different kinds looking for good "to-the-rear" visibility morror.

I found a good size oval mirror gives the best "to-the-rear" visibility. There are a lot of choices. Mine on Cherry are Kuryakyn Heavy Industry Chrome Mirrors (https://www.jpcycles.com/product/753...chrome-mirrors) and have them mounted on H-D Mirror extenders. On Big Sister I have the black version, again mounted on extenders.

With this set up I'm able to see both the adjacent lanes as well as to the rear behind me with out any interference from my arms or shoulders. I very rarely need to actually turn my head and look before changing lanes, unless I'm in heavy traffic. Most time a quick glance to confirm that I'm clear is all that is needed.

just FWIW.

Craigslist, keep the Harley quality and look. Way cheaper and more reliable than any option I know of.

Round mirrors might go better with the old skool look of the RK.

Thanks so far guys. Definitely looking for a classic look and great quality.

Good visibility is important because I use the mirrors often. Always adjusting them since my kids have a knack for bumping them in the garage.

Funny side note....my mother-in-law (not a fan of motorcycles) walked into the garage and when she came out, told me I needed to re-chrome my mirrors.

I liked the idea and the look of those split vision mirrors so I tried them, but they just did not work for me.

Allways had to look twice to detrmine what I was seeing. Not easy to see at a glance, but that was just me, I'm sure.

As someone else mentioned the large lollipop style round mirrors would look good on your scoot, but you just need to make sure to-the-rear visibilty is no obstructed by your ars or shoulders.
