I think you'll be happy with the HD adjustable backrest. A buddy has it on his King.
I rode the King x-country for him on a move when he was deployed. I like to move around on the seat between gas stops and the backrest can adjust to your position on the fly.
I saw my first bike with a rider backrest in 1984. Bought one in the middle of a 3000 mile trip out west and installed it at the dealership where I purchased it. Haven't ridden a mile without one since. Decide which model you want and buy it!! Best upgrade for a touring bike ever.
Picked up my bike from the detailer and the backrest was not mounted. Wow, that sucked! Put the backrest back on as soon as I got home. Much better now....
