Need some help in setting up my 2010 RK. Trying to install a 30 t front sprocket to my 68 t rear and thought a 136 tooth belt would work Wrong! So got a 137 tooth belt and it is also too short. Next option is a 138 t belt but haven't had any luck in finding one. The stock 140 t is way too long, so I'm turning here for help. Any suggestions will be gratefully accepted.
The 137 t is so close but still need 1/4 of an inch even with the bike all the way up and the swing arm dropped.
Harley 137 t belt # 40024-07
What was on it originally? The # of teeth in both the driver and driven sprockets. How many teeth were in the original belt on those sprockets? With this info you can calculate the center to center distance between sprockets. You can see what it was and with your new setup, how close you are to what was stock.
32 front -68 rear 140 tooth belt . Seems I need a 138 belt but am unable to find one in 1 in. or 25mm
You took two teeth out of the system, with your 30T front pulley, and have found the same as I did on my older bike, which is you need a two teeth shorter belt. My Glide is an earlier model with a 1 1/8" belt and I found a genuine H-D Sporty one that fits.

You are correct sir, but unfortunately it seems no one is making a 138 t belt.in one in. width.
no one that I am aware makes a 138 tooth belt, none of the bikes took a 138 unless one exists for a bike that went over seas.
