I'm a big fan of custom dynamics, great products with lifetime warranty. Their probeam line of signals and brake lights are worlds brighter than stock. They make led headlights also, they are pricey but not as bad as HD's daymaker. Several very good options out there for LED headlights for reasonable prices, even if you dont ride at night and good LED headlight makes you so much more visible during the day.
Both my bikes have LED, Custom Dynamics and Harley. When I purchased my '18 SGS it didn't leave the dealer until all the lighting had been upgraded. Eventually, I added the auxiliary lights to improve my field of view at night.
Excellent suggestions. Pegs are arriving today, backrest for wife, luggage rack, and mounting hardware tomorrow (Hogwerkz).
I live in SWFL where it is one big nursing home, so being able to be seen and heard are a top priority. Even then, these jerks will still pull out in front of ya. Lights and slip ons are near the top.
The seat also needs to go. I find I slide forward on it when braking.
I bought a 2019 FLHT and the first thing I did was install Legend AXEO cartridges in the front end. Second thing I did was install a Corbin Classic Solo seat with the oval backrest, a matching touring passenger pillion, adjustable backrest and passenger floorboards. Next thing will be rear shocks. I am still reading up on them, but will likely go with Legend Revo ARC remote reservoir units. I may go to a Rinehart 2 into 1 to loose the heat from the cat, but nothing at least until the warranty is out. I love my bike overall, but the stock suspension was pretty sorry and I have never cared stock Harley seats.
Beautiful bike. Enjoy it.
This too. Suspension upgrades are nice to have. I went with 13" Pro Action on the back. I would recommend improving the lighting first for safety reasons.

Welcome to the site! We are all very agreeable to spend your money for you!! Just ask!!!
For me, Highway Pegs first, CD LEDs second.
From there, put some miles on it and figure out whats best for you...
Other ideas will then come as you see fit.
Just bought a 2020 RK FLHR. My first Harley! Came from my first bike, a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT. That was a fun bike. I learned how to ride, wrench, and enjoy on that thing. I'm 6'3" so it was way too small for me, and I needed a 6th gear.
REALLY wanted a SG, but I'm too tall for it. The RK stole my soul from the first gear shift. Didn't try the RG because of $$. Kinda wish I would have, but I really wanted a classic looking bike.
So question, what should I do first (besides ride through the break in)? Er...I already have the sissy bar/backrest for the lady and a luggage rack on order. So what's next? I'm thinking I need some lighting.. suggestions?
Congrats on your first HD!
Getting some Floorboard Extensions will make a pretty significant improvement in your ride! See info on them HERE.
There is a ton that you can/probably will do to improve the comfort, handling, performance, longevity, but I would ride it a bit first and then go from there.
Solo seat. So the wife can stay home making sammiches for your after-ride snack.
And pipes. Let's hear that muhfuh!
Seriously; nice looking sled! Good luck with it.
