First thing I did was remove the windshield (until the weather cooled off).
passenger and driver backrest.
today I removed the cat from the header.
at my 1K service they flashed the computer so my spots are on with hi/lo.
put taillight converter so I have 3 brake lights.
Trailer hitch.
I'm happy for now, today it's 55 and rainy, tomorrow isn't looking much better.

Congratulations! Bike looks good now; it'll be awesome once you start changing things out.

I added the HD LED bag lights to mine. I am very happy with them, and they are nice and bright. I put SunPie LEDs on my wifes heritage, both headlight and driving lights. Have had them on for a few years, and they are bright, and still functioning as new. Cant beat them for the price.
