the wind is not coming from tank already did some playing around with that and found that if i put my hand just above the top of current windshield the turbulence goes away

I go with a higher shield. I don’t mind looking through it. For different reasons, I’m very averse to head buffeting.

Default Turbulence

You need a recurve windshield. The rule is to have the shield low enough to look over, at about the height of the tip of your nose. At that height, the recurve will throw the air over your helmet. It doesn't have to have a bunch of recurve, just enough to stop the shakes. Clock works makes their shields with a lot of recurve, others not so much but others like Freedom Shields or Long Ride Shields have enough to keep you from the beatings. Your bike should have come with 2 plastic deflectors that mount to the engine guard that help stop the air coming up from around the lower fairings.
I personally have the Freedom Shield and really like it for a couple of reasons...First, is that it doesn't distort the images that you see through the screen and it is much thicker than others so it seems to have more protective properties. Their customer service is second to none and they have a great product.

Default Helmet

If your helmet has a visor on the front, that will also catch the wind and cause buffeting. If it is removeable, take it off and go for a ride.

Make sure your fairing vent is open. My sucks when closed and never an issue when open.
