Kuryakan Side covers for passenger floor boards... received and attempted a simple install.... what a pita...ill fitting and broken inside.. anyone else see this as a issue if they experienced same
Not a fan. I see the price, and can't pass it up, and am always disappointed.
I bought the windshield bag recently, it didn't even make it a week before the center lid warped so bad it won't stay shut.
Customer service??? I have the email where they tell me to take it up with the dealer. I did, and that is fine, but I wouldn't rave about their CS unless you actually buy it from their site.
Seems to be hit or miss with them as of late. For years I'd go to their location at Sturgis for some crazy deals and on site installs. That was back when Owen ran things ...........
Ive had nothing but great results from every product I bought from them.
did you reach out to them with your concerns?
Right? I've never had a single problem with anything from Kuryakyn. I read these types of things here & on other forums. My ISO grips on my Intruder are probably 15 yrs old & even the rubber is barely worn. I was going to order ISO grips for my Ultra Classic as I'd like to have the throttle boss cause the cruise control isnt very useful in commuter traffic.
I bought a 3 pouch windshield bag set from them, total piece of crap and I was Po'd enough to email them about it..
Some of their stuff is okay but it's a total crap shoot buying their stuff.
I avoid it if I can.

I just purchased the blacked out iso grips, shifter pegs, and highway pegs and mounts.
they are all perfect. Go figure.
until I have issues if they have what I want I will order from them
I have no idea how their customer service is. Or the warranty claim I never needed either. Not once have I had an issue with anything that I bought from them. Sending the chrome extended brake pedal i had on my 16 out to powder coat. Chrome is still perfect. But it's going in my 19 that's all blacked out.
