Default 2020 road glide test ride

nice but no adjustable vents on the fairing anymore. ..stuff some styrofoam in there if it rains? other than that not a bad ride.

In over 2 years I’ve never closed my vents, even in rain.

It hasn’t bothered me at all either. Ride in rain you’re gonna get wet.
I also wear a full face helmet and have good rain gear.

I also have never closed my vents, in rain or cold since late 2014 when I purchased my 2015 RGS.
The calm air behind the wind screen overrides some water or cold air coming through.

What is the purpose of the vent? I'm pretty sure they told me it was a bug deflector. But I wasn't paying much attention cause I just wanted him to get out of the way so I could ride my new bike.

My top vent never gets closed because I don’t feel much of a difference but the side vents get closed in cold weather or really windy days and diffidently notice a difference.

Hi All,
I'm more comfortable with all my vents closed on my 15 RGS. I've had bee's fly thru and hit me in the face. I have some side vent screens that I will install when I have the fairing opened for service when that happens. 46k on the clock and its never been cracked.. knock wood.....goldie
