I already have Progressive 944’s and a Rear True Track.
As a Christmas gift I’ll be adding Progressive Mono Tubes and a front True Track.
The bike is way better than stock with the rear mods but I think hooking up the front is going to put my bike on rails when smashing through fast sweepers.
Itll be an improvement over stock for sure...but in my experience, if you havent already purchased them, I think youd be better off with racetech springs and gold valves. Progressive leaves some to be desired IMO.
Just finished installing my front progressive monotubes along with powder coating and other misc items.....counting down the days till it’s warm enough to try it out.
944 in the rear is my next mod for sure to ditch the air shocks.

This was my first time tearing apart the forks and I thought it was fairly easy. Longest process was getting plastic crap out of the way, so I can access the stuff, but you won’t have that problem. You shouldn’t have issues as there are great YouTube videos online to help and progressive has install video too.
get yourself a fork seal driver tool (I got one from motion pro) and make sure you have something to remove/tighten back the 1-3/8” top fork nut (it’s a massive wrench I got on amazon for $20).
