Default 2013 Electra Glide Classic QUICK RELEASE

What do I need to make the tour pak on a 2013 FLHTC quick release. I don't believe it has any wiring etc. running to it?

I bought a used 2012 FLHTCU and it was already set up for quick release tour pack. My tour pack had the wiring to it, antennas, lights, and speakers. You would need to purchase the quick disconnect kit from HD. If there isn't wiring going to your tour pack, should be easy.

My 13 Classic has wiring in it and an antenna so you will have to deal with both.

Quick detach docking kit, detachable tour pak rack. Remove solid mount rack. You can get an antennae that can mount inside of fairing from aftermarket. Easy peasy.

dont do the antenna that mounts inside the fairing unless you just listen to radio in town, out here in the country they dont work if your in the middle of nowhere, a longer antenna mounted by the bags does the trick. personally i listen to music from my phone anymore so it doesnt matter anymore but that was my experience.

Me i would just go the antennae relocation. For as often as I would take off the tour pack I can live with undoing 4 bolts and disconnecting the wiring connector. Only disadvantage I can see is I would have to take the stuff out of the tour pack for one or two times a year I might want to do this change.

If you are going to do the swap a lot and / or use different configurations then maybe worth the cost.
