I thought they quit rebuilding twin cams a few years ago? Is this a new project?
I wouldn't really call this a project. It's not like I woke up and decided to spend all this money... The Longblock program replaced the rebuild program HD had. With that I get a choice of putting in a brand new 96, 103, or 110 engine. All parts are new. Here's a link to HD's site:

How much can you do yourself? Vendors on this site have the capability to repair/rebuild flywheels/cases, bore cylinders, and restore heads to better than new.
