TBW can’t clear codes.
1510 and 2138 code not clearing after bar swap. I’ve tried everything !!!! Started by replacing 6 pin plug. Tried smearing codes no luck. Reset TPS. Noticed plug that was replaced has connections that were not seated tiight. So I cut out POS plug and used insulated spade bits. Have checked and rechecked for proper wire configuration. Now I’m checking care you voltage and find one side 4.89 v and other line starts aproc jk 4v then drops to 1.45 then nothing. Fs7@{28d

Did you replace the little plug normally mid length inside the handle bars or the big plug in the nacelle or fairing? The little plug is known to be trouble prone. For the little plug, try some spray contact cleaner and some dielectric grease, reconnect and try again. RE the big plug, don't recall now if the factory TGS wiring has a color code change or not, the replacement TGSs do. If you replaced the big plug and matched wiring color, that may be your problem. A Google search gave me the pin-out when I changed my TGS. It has been a long time so I don't remember the source.
