An issue began today with my '13 RK.
On 2 occasions, I shifted from 1st into neutral instead of 2nd gear.
I can shift into 2nd if I apply an unusual amount of effort. Any idea why this happens and how big a job it would be to correct.

When mine started doing that, after trying adjustments to shift pawl, I ended up rebuilding with a Baker master rebuild kit. That was about 60,000 miles ago and 4 years. Shifts great still. Two parts in the kit didn't work though. But the shift kit that comes with it is awesome. Not sure if they make it for that year. Also I've been running red line shock proof after rebuilt
Look for slop at the rear linkage arm that moves the trans shaft
these are notorious for becoming loose.
