I have a 2005 Ultra Classic, all stock. I would like to get a more rumble from my exhaust, but I don't want it that loud. I ride 2up most of the time and the boss still wants to chat...you know how it goes.
My question is, should I invest in slip-ons? and if I do that, do I have to change anything else (with the fuel injection)?
Is it possible to change out baffels and keep the stock exhaust pipes, if I do that do I have to change anything else (fuel injection)?
Stock baffels are not removable. Slipons like the SE proformace street series that just came out this year give good sound but not overly loud and no chanes are required with these.
SE Proformance Street series, I will check those out. I should be able to swap those out my self, no special tools required?
Does anyone know of a good place to shop for those?
Sorry for the dumb questions, this is my first Harley, just upgraded from a honda.
