Default Ride Planner Help

When I create a ride in the HD ride planner, to a 2020 GTS HD radio, the route gets changed. I have search all over for setting to fix after I read this in the manual;

RIDE PLANNER AND THE H-D APP ARE FOR DOMESTIC VEHICLE USE ONLY.
When using GPX files, after being imported onto the GTS radio unit via USB or Mobile App, the Alternate Routes needs to be set to OFF. This will make the GPX Route accurate to design on the Ride Planner website or H-D App.

I am assuming that the Alternate Routes needs to be turned off tho fix, but I do not know how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Note that I am riding a 2020 Road glide limited with the new radio.

In your GTS Nav settings, turn it to off...
Start off from the Nav screen and click on the Magnifying Glass in upper left of screen.

On the Destination screen click on the Gear in the upper right

Then scroll down and set it to Off

Thank you! Unfortunately, there is still something off. I simply can't rely on this system.

I'd bet your not putting in enough way points. After I make my route in Ride Planner, I go back to the start and add way points on the far side of road changes (just past the intersection) that locks your route down.

I do that as well. The issue I run into sometimes is when I have to stop for gas and turn the bike off. When I turn it back on, it realizes I have a trip in progress but it asks me from which waypoint to start. I am afraid if I do not choose the very next waypoint, it is going to route me a different way to the waypoint after the one I select.

Has anyone else had experience with this? Suggestions?

Just before stopping for getting gas or food, if you hit the pause button, you can ride around the area or turn the bike off with out interrupting the ride route. Once you get back on the route just restart the planned ride and it will pickup the route you were on..
