Power vision tuner Andrews 48 cams and a 2 into 1 will make it run great. But I would get the tuner first because you can use it to make changes as you mod it.

Find a reputable tuner and have them slap the cam in and tune it on a Dyno....

Where do you live?

The Andrews 48 is a solid cam choice....I run it in my 14 fat bob 103 and it impresses everyone that rides it.... rideability is greatly improved...as for your intake....I like the heavy breather...

I also use the Power Vision tuner. Like GalvTexGuy noted, purchase it from Fuel Moto. They will upload a tune for you based on the current mods to your bike. Jamie and the guys can answer any questions you may have.

Went with a big sucker, powervision, S&S 551 cams really woke the bike up, then added Rinehart 2-1 pipes. Bike needs nothing more.

Just finished installing FP3, VH pipes, Andrews 48 cams and the bike is like a new one. Much more fun!

Nothing against the Fuel Moto fellas, but you can't beat a full on Dyno tune by a good tuner. So, why pay for only the AC, PV, and a Dyno first and then put the Cams of your choice in later and have to pay for another Dyno? Just bite the bullet now and get your AC, Cams, PV, and get the Dyno done once and be done! Until you add something else, lol, but you'll all ready have the PV for your next mod....... Just a thought.

While I absolutely agree with your premise.... a good dyno tune is not always possible/available in all areas....

The problem is that GOOD dyno tuners are not everywhere, and in some areas are very few and far between....... A bad dyno tuner can be worse than useless... others are just not that good...

I recently used a dyno shop with glowing recommendations from people I trusted... he was a couple hours drive away...

I had changed cams, got a canned map from FuelMoto AND DynoJet. They didn't have a tune for the same combination, but had one similar. It was for the same engine, same cam, totally different exhaust. They both admitted it would need some work. I did several auto tunes with my PowerVision and their auto tune pro (with wideband sensors). I got the bike to run real well..... but it back fired (not decel popping) on decel when I would back off the throttle from an easy cruise...

I took it to this "awesome" dyno tuner... He seemed knowledgable... I got it back after $450 spent and it ram good (like before) but still backfired... I compared his tune with my final Auto Tune Pro.... His map only changed the AFR... no change in timing, or anything else I could find.....

I contacted him, he reluctantly sent me a tune via email to try to alleviate the problem, he wanted me to bring the bike in... Flashed emailed tune, no change... so now I'll have to travel another 4 hours to have him "check it out" and not know if he can/will fix the reason I brought it to him... If he wants me to leave it like before, that will be two trips to his shop with my bike on a trailer..

So, my point is, the four bikes I've modified, flashed a good canned map from FuelMoto or DynoJet, and the tune ran really good in my bike (I always do a few auto tunes to dial in the VE tables).... I was way ahead in terms of time, money, and had a better running bike than my dyno tune experience....!!

Believe me, if I knew of/found a good dyno tuner near me.... I'd give him a bunch of business.....

If I done the tuner I would get a A/C also. Just wanted some opinions on this.

cheers and ride safe!!
Find a good tuner first and discuss your riding preference. Do you have someone in mind? Like someone else wrote do it all at once and you will thank them later.

Yup, I hear ya. I've used 3 different tuners in my area and not thrilled with any of them. Next turner is a guy over in the East Bay Area recommended to me by my Indie. 3 hour ride from here, but a good tune is well worth it in my eyes.........
