Don’t waste your time with stage 1, call fuelmoto get a Andrews 48 and a simple tuner, they will pre load it for you based on what you have on the bike.

Let me guess... RC Cycles?

I have not made it over there yet but I hear great things. I'll get over there someday but for now the bike runs great on a canned mapped that I autotuned the hell out of and had Jaime (FM) tweak for me.

Just bite the bullet now and get your AC, Cams, PV, and get the Dyno done once and be done! Until you add something else, lol, but you'll all ready have the PV for your next mod....... Just a thought.
3 times with a canned map from Fuelmoto based on what I told them...Spot on...Every time I’ve done a change Or a motor swap they’ve come through for me.
Problem with a local tuner is the tuner...will he or won’t he do it right. Jamie’s team has tried the combination and have tons of happy customers all over..I will take my chances with that.

Here's my experience each time I've requested a map...

1, Send FM a request for a map based on build. Cams/Exhaust/Displacement etc...
2. FM sends back a map that is pretty close to what you need.
3. Load map into PV and upload to ECM
4. 20 minute autotune ride and try to fill in as many cells as possible. (Ride the hell out of it)
5. Upload new tune...
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 three times.
7. Take a ride and do an event log. Ride it through different RPM ranges. I make sure to dawg it as well as crank it up to 6,200.
8. Send the updated map as well as the event log to Jaime and let him know how the bike is acting.
9. Wait a few days and Jaime will send you a dialed in MAP
10. Load the new tune and enjoy.
