I changed my rear shocks to 12” and like others have mentioned added a more sleek looking, but comfortable seat.
This one looks like highway pegs have been added as a well as slip-on mufflers. Also see locking doors on the lowers, hog tunes speaker pods, aftermarket windshield and I think chrome covers on the passenger floorboards. Looks nicely optioned.
Enjoy your new bike..
Wow I had no idea!! Thank you for all the info!!

Money wise. I would take it and strip it.
Here is the build thread for my 08. Nothing in removing the tourpak that can't be undone. you can decide to make a quick connect for the wires on the tourpak but I just put the mounts on. If I use it again, it won't be wired back up. Just put it on and use for luggage.

I will check your build!! Thank you

I've been riding a "street glide" before they made a street glide. Best bang for the buck is to buy an ultra and remove the pieces you want for around town and put them back on when needed. And this coming from someone that bought my first street glide in july 2019.

A lot of good advice and suggestions in this thread....

Overall, if it's a good trade, make it...

The only thing I'll add to the advice you've been given is this... when you get it... ride it as you bought it for awhile, to include a couple trips with the girlfriend to get her opinion... then reevaluate what you want /need to change both cosmetically and functionally...

Every Harley I've purchased since my then new '78 FXS... I went into the purchase with preconceived ideas about what I wanted/needed to change on the bikes....

I'd buy them, ride them for awhile as purchased, and I found that my wants/needs for modifications always changed... sometimes dramatically... from what I wanted to do prior to riding it as I bought it...

Good luck with the trade and enjoy the new bike...!!!

My 2014 Electra Glide (FLHTP) turned into Street Glide. No 12" shocks though, using 13 1/2" Ohlins

14 Electra Glide turned into SG

Strip it down, here is my de-geezerd Classic, even had those queer Frankie Goes To Hollywood leather tassles on the grips when I picked it up...

To the OP yes that's an Ultra Limited. Can tell by the tank badges and fender emblems along with the chrome wheels vs. polished aluminum. Make the deal before he changes his mind. Kiss the sled goodbye as you don't use it anyways and enjoy the hell outta your new bike! Waiting to see pics in YOUR garage....Congrats!!
