......for my '16 Street Glide Special?
I have the AIM on my '18 FLHTCU and it is GREAT!
However, the clutch pull on the Street Glide is hard on my
ol' broken hand.
Anyone know of something to do to this clutch to make it easier?
I have AIM VP95LT-Invo on my 2016 street glide. It works ok but I’m not happy. Have done some research and will buy Müller hydro clutch. Looks like for 2016 we need unit that says 120-50. I posted this same question few days ago and lot of seems lot of folks here like their Müller hydro clutch. I’m looking forward to getting it put on.

2016 Ultra Classic with AIM VP and Barnett heavy duty spring... the Muller Hydro Clutch actuator made a big difference for me...
FYI.. AIM also makes an actuator, that actually gives a slightly lighter pull than the Muller. From what I've read, the Muller is like 30% easier then OEM and the AIM is like 40% lighter than OEM...... however, their slave is made for an M8, which uses a different master cylinder and different hose fitting... To use the AIM, you'll need to buy there "kit" which includes a master cylinder, hose fitting adapter, and about $200 more than the Muller..
FWIW - I found my OEM clutch pull horrid when in stop & go or parade riding. Hell, when I picked up my '16 FLHTK, I got stuck in bumper to bumper traffic on the Cross Bronx Expressway for an hour. My carpal tunnel was on FIRE!
So my first move was the SoftBrake reduced reach levers. That, (to me), made the clutch feel 30% easier. Still a bit tough in parade riding, but way better.
Now, with my 110" build, I've got the AIM and the EZ Pull.
If I hadn't bit on the 110" build, the EZ Pull by itself, was my next move.
Now, with all three items, my HD clutch is as light as my 1999 Honda metric cruiser.
And that's with a heavier clutch spring installed.
On install, when removing the fluid line, does it drain all clutch fluid or just bleed a little?
a good amount comes out. you will need to be prepared to have some to refill and bleed the line. also cover parts in that area so they don't get the fluid on them and something underneath to catch what does come out.
Installed today and bled the line with a mity vac. Clutch felt good but after I put into gear it was engaged even with the clutch pulled in. Able to find neutral with no problem. Bleed again or what?
