If that Pit Boss is a large I would be interested. Tried to PM you but it wont allow me to do that.

Well guess what, I went for a ride this morning. Same distance and route and no pain. So I really like thet Pit Boss helmet, but its now a trophy on a shelf. I guess the adjuster that is in the back was putting some sort of pressure on the back of my neck at the very top vertebrae. When I bought it, I had to order it in so I wasn't able to try it out initially. So much for online orders. Anyway, Its a white Pit Boss helmet with smoked and clear pull down lenses. Small but adjusts up to Medium. I got a bit of a pin head.

I thought that adjuster on mine was going to bug me but I really never noticed it.

Sorry about the bad news on that helmet Cajun. I always worried about ordering helmets online. I need to get a new one for my wife and she is so shy she doesn't really want to go try one on. Kind of a dilemma. Bell used to have some fitting instructions on their site maybe I'll check into that.
