I've tried searching but all I get are people talking about the fuel leaking from the disconnect while it's connected. Today when removing the tank for other upgrades I discovered that my quick disconnect leaks after I disconnect the lower line. If I reconnect it the leak stops.
O ring issue or do I need to replace the valve? Any tips for both? What to get and where? How to remove etc...
I think I found the issue. Now that it is day light I can see inside the female side of the disconnect better and it appears the O ring at the end (tank side) is not seated all the way. I used a small screw driver to push on it the whole way around and as of now I do not believe it is leaking anymore. I had to siphon out gas last night so I don't have much in there to really test it but I will soon.
