Local dealer had several 08 models to look at, all in the new copper and black color scheme. If I didn't love my Ultra I would have been really, really tempted by that Road Glide!! Not sure I love the two-tone seats, but I didn't hate 'em either.
Pix don't do the color scheme justice, IMO. I saw photos on-line and was not swept off my feet, but in the showroom the copper/black combo looks good. I do like the two-toned seats, too, as I think it compliments the paint colors. Would I pick the anniversary colors? I don't know, but to me they do look better in person than on-line.
Don't just look at them, go get one ! I picked up my Ultra almost a week ago and it's sweet. The only thing I have to get used to is the new throttle control NOT HAVING A THROTTLE CABLE. It's all elecronic now but the cruise control is sweet with that new throttle feature. It handles fairly nice too. It handles much better than my 06 EGC did. So quit looking and go pick one up.
