Default It's all good.

thanks for all the input. Everything changed over and fit perfect. Yes the front head has to be drilledand tapped for the upper mount but other than that no problems. Not sure if the wires coming out of thetop of rocker boxes are cam positioning sensors on the 110 but my SG motor did not have them. bike starts up and runs great with them unplugged anyway. Thanks for your help.

shure the wires aren’t for compression release?

Definitely ACR's. You'll want to add the harness and turn on that option in your tune.

If your SG came as a 96, no ACR's. 103 had them.

Great news, congratulations.I would definitely activate the ACR ...I did when I swapped my 96 to a 103HO and it starts so much easier...

Default Top engine mount

Top engine mount was threaded in old head. I didn't want to drill into new head so I just welded a nut to the frame and tapped and welded a nut onto the head bracket and not the prettiest weld but it works. Took her out yesterday with no mount and could start to feel that famous death wobble. Welded the Top mount up and problem solved. Once again thanks.

Check that weld often, it doesn't look too strong to me. Might crack when you least expect it, and if it causes the wobble it could suddenly make life exciting. If your skills are not up to it, find a buddy whos is, and have him do it. Small pride to pay for a safer ride.
