I installed a USB port in my cig lighter on my Street Glide. I know the RK doesn't have fairing or lighter, but you can buy a USB port and mount in bag, on bar or on crash bar. Or like suggested, get battery tender lead and the USB adapter.

Those were not a factory installed item back then. I'm pretty sure the previous owner has one installed, but if not, you can do the easy install as already mentioned. Have the dealer do it if purchasing from them.
