Issue with starting
No oil pressure light, no start, relays click, but nothing. Replaced oil pressure sending unit, check all connections and wires, all good, but it only clicks the relay on the left and the ones to the ECM, but starter won't engage at all.
Checked TSSM, and everything I can think of.
Here's the rub....before all this happened, no problems.
Then it started not wanting to start at times, then not at all.
Oil light came on, then not at all. Checked bulb, to .
This is a rebuild from the ground up, and everything was checked as I reassembled it, along with grounds. A new(used) wiring harness, and it started right up!!
Now, power to everything, but nothing else but the one relay in the left cover and 2 in the ECM on right. And no oil light!!
It's a 2001 Electra Glide with Ultra wiring harness.
Changed out all relays, and no change.
But the oil light worked before and now won't.
The starter relay clicks, but nothing else.
Hope this clears things up a bit.
But, as mentioned I'll check the wires to solenoid again
How old is the battery? Is it fully charged or put on a maintenance charger when not in use?
What is the voltage of the battery when the motorcycle is not turned on? If it is 12.5 volts or lower, see if it will charge up, should be around 12.8 - 13.5 volts. Use a volt ohm meter and not the voltage meter on the motorcycle.
Then check the voltage while trying to start the motorcycle, it should drop some but not below 10 volts.
You may also want to check the cables that hook up to the battery as sometimes they get corroded internally under the insulation.
using a volt meter , remove the single wire going into the starter , neg on battery post , pos on connector , you should be getting 12v + with ign on , only when you hit the start button . With the other issues your experiencing , I would guess bad battery or cables . There are grounding points as well , just ahead of the battery , down below the rear of the tank , check those , clean and tighten .

When checking the ground pole under the tank , remove and clean up all the connections with some fine emery cloth , then check for any connectors that may be breaking off .

I have really done everything that I can think of to solve this problem, but I must be missing something.
I've metered, checked, tested, and replaced everything I can think of , with exceptions of the ECM itself. I don't have that equipment for that. But have some other ideas to check again. Also, the TSSM supposedly has a battery in it with no way to check it that I've found. But, I can't understand why the low oil pressure light was working before, but now won't. Confusing. As I understand, if the ECM can't "see" the sensor, it won't let the motor start! Am I correct in this?
