Just bought a 2014 Ultra Limited, but didn’t come with the Harley Headset/intercom.
I want a set that works with the factory Rushmore system. Any suggestions?
What works best and what do you recommend?
Thanks!

Get the IMC headset. The speakers are better and it costs less than the Harley one.
I have a 2015 Limited Low and have used the J & M products for some time now. I would like to go Bluetooth but I use the CB from time to time so I am plugged into the bike. If you have not yet, search this site, there is a ton of information. Good luck.

You can actually go BT and use your CB by adding the WHIM, This retains all functionality the same as being plugged in.
Personally, I think the newer HD wired version is fine and works well. I think I have 5 sets on the shelf I bought new from the forums - deals I couldn't pass up. Collecting dust now though as I moved on to the HD Senas.
If I was buying today, I'd forget the WHIM and pick up a Cardo Packtalk Bold. Just use my phone for phone calls and my radio/bike speakers for maps/audio like I'm already doing with the Senas.
If you plan to stay wired & wear half helmets, I would suggest this H-D headset. It has good speakers, a long cord, a strain relief clamp that prevents any pulling on the head by the cord & comes with a very nice storage case.

That's an interesting headset...
When I bought my 2012 Limited, I purchased the 2012 version of that headset... the back strap went over the ears and then around the back of the head.... It was absolute torture...!! It was the most uncomfortable thing I ever wore...!!!
That one looks like they removed the "over the ear" part... kudos for that!

I know the one you're describing. You're comments about it are spot on.
This one was introduced, then removed from the market because the band that goes around the back of the head would break. A year later it was brought back with a redesigned band that doesn't break. And its' speakers are much, much better than the ones in that older headset. In fact, I quit using the oem helmet mounted headset because this one sounds so much better. Yes, it's more effort to use as opposed to the headset mounted on the helmet, but it sounds so much better to me, it's worth the inconvenience. Plus it works when it's too damn hot to wear a helmet.
