Will a bike without a security system flash the turn signals 3 times? Is that telling him (OP) it's a code stored?

I just re-read the OP and he does call out that it is fuel injected, so we have that. I have no idea why the turn signals would flash if there is no security, but since the starter cranks I'm guessing it is not a security issue. However, it could be - I can't remember how my '06 Road King acted, but I know my '17 won't even light up the dash until it detects the FOB and therefore won't do anything. I kind of remember the older bikes killing the spark and fuel but still allowing cranking if security was disabled, but maybe I'm dreaming it up.

hey guys thank you all for the response,,, But it wont start i have tryed everything , also the sequence that brakeless told me to do to see if it has an security system and it flashes to times like it dont have a security system.
i am affraid that it is the computer thats broken have someone heard about that ??
does this model have some sort of kill switch some other place

I tried to organize the information available for you in order to facilitate diagnosis.Road King from 2001 FLHRCI (unknown miles and unknown condition)

It is unknown if motorcycle has a Power Commander or other aftermarket performance addition.

No spark on the plug and i can NOT hear the fuel pump click...Can you hear the fuel pump prime? each time the Key is tuned ON and Handlebar switch is on RUN?

No spark and the engine run but do NOT start. Please confirm if you mean that starter spins.

Relays that are on the right side of the bike… one for the ECU and one for the FUEL pump because the wires did NOT look healthy. I made them and changed the connecter in the plug.
Those wires should not have been a problem..Why do you think they looked unhealthy? Was this a salvage/ flood bike?

When i turn the ignition ON the blinkers flashes 3 times ??? The blinkers flashing makes me think that bike has some kind of security.. Maybe aftermarket.

Confirm if bike has some kind of security system...Some aftermarket alarms used a special relay that replaced the factory relay so that bike would not start.
Consider removal of all relays one by one and check if they are functional. Sometimes moving relays around helps in diagnostics.

hey

the miles is 21.657 and the condition is fine it had a hit on the front fender thats all its not a FLOOD bike .

it have no power commander.

I cant not hear the fuel pump prime. and no if i switch the handlebar run i cant hear anything.

i confirm the starter spins and the engine spin.and there is compression on the engine

some of the connecters in the plug was green so i thought maybe there where bad electrical connection.

i have searched every where on the bike for some security system maybe aftermarket but nothing to find.

i have tryed to move around the realys and cheked them adn mesured them and they are all working and the they get power

i personally think it some securty system, can it be the TCM there is the problem.??? ( H/D P/N : 68920-01 )

tell me if i can do anything or send a video or picture of something that will help.to advice me

Just to be clear. When you turn to run you are not hearing the fuel pump prime the injectors? It cranks but no spark? Is that correct? And it sat for four years?

The fuel pump needs to have power for a few seconds when key is turned ON and the RUN/STOP switch on handlebar is then flipped to RUN.
It reads like that is not happening.
I do not have the service book but it is my understanding that fuel pump and coil are both on the same line.
From a distance it reads like the bike thinks the security is active BUT it could be something else.
Check to see if the two small fuses on opposite side of main fuse box are OK.
The two fuses would be near the computer behind the painted side cover on side of bike....
Inside a flat looking box. Again not the main fuse box.
I believe that would be the throttle side of bike..under painted side cover that is near seat...You need to remove saddle bag to remove that cover.
If yours has those two fuses then one fuse is the ECM and the other is the DATA link. check them..

I believe the fuel pump power wire runs on top of fuel tank and just under the center console cover.
The connector is sometimes shaped like a tube for that single wire and connector is about 3 -5 inches forward of seat under that center console.
People have removed gas tanks before and forgotten to reconnect that wire.
