I ordered the complete 14 inch Jarheads with the HD heated grips from HCC. The whole process was great; from the initial website order, to changing the order around, shipping, and finally the great final product.
Customer service was quick, and resolved my issues and concerns. The handlebars and other pieces were packaged extremely well. The handlebar was wrapped in plastic shrink wrap, tied down with plastic straps, and wrapped in cloth! Wow!
The parts appeared to be of great quality. The internal wiring seemed flawless, and the heated grip install saved me days of frustration, all I had to do was plug and play. The heated grips I had to figure out myself since they are not plug and play, as warned by HHC. The chrome on the handlebars and the construction are awesome!
Installation went well thanks to HHC YouTube videos which I watched multiple times. Overall it was a great experience that save me a lot of time. Highly recommend HHC.
I have had a set of their Complete bars on my Fatboy since 2014. Only issue I have had is a clutch cable leak down near the trans so I had to replace the cable
I've been there numerous times. Awesome guys and incredible service. Normally I don't gush about a place I've shopped, but they have consistently taken care of me. Just bought a bagger and if I need anything, they'll be getting my business.
Ive been eye balling their 1-1/2 hell bent apes, talked to them about it , got some info but couldnt get it done because of price. Ive been looking at cheaper options but afraid of poor quality/ fitment issues. After reading this review, Im gonna suck it up and order from them, thanks for the review!!!!
2 years ago I bought a plug and play set of 16" apes for the CVO Road King from them. Just acquired a CVO Breakout and realized 2 things I miss are the apes and floorboards. Well the apes on the Breakout are easily doable, the floorboords not so easy.
I highly recommend them as their service, shipping and end product are all great. The quality and the chrome on the Road King set is 5 star. So will be going back for the Breakout bars.
Man... It sure is nice to come across such a positive happy camper thread. Although I've already gone a different route, it seems that HCC is there to make life easy.
BUT .... I have a good friend who has used HCC to put bars on two of his bikes... he went the full monty with switch packs, master cylinders, grips, etc., because he was wanting to switch to chrome anyways... He ended up both times just mounting the bars and plug & play the cables...
He is also a completely satisfied customer and won't consider getting bars anywhere else....
