I am not a vendor,, but havea simple solution to the theft of hard bags. I have machined aluminum "nuts" that replace the 1/4 turn clips, help on wiht a dab of silicone to the stock bracket. The 1/4 turn stud is replaced with a bolt. you cannot use a screwdriver to defeat the clip, as you cannot turn the "nut" and or the bracket. It take approx 6 turns of the bolt to release the bag. Looks good and lots more secrue than the stock set up. The rubber grommet and washer stays stock, and helps prevent the bolt from backing out. A locking sytem for th ebolts can be made by drilling the heads and wireing them to prevent turning.
any interest...I expect about 40 bucks , stainless hardwareand aluminun blocks, powder coated. black ...
As for the bolt,,,its a pain in the butt to get some bags on and have to stick a bolt through them. With this system, you just place the bag as normal and screw in the bolt. The "nut" is held wiht a dap of silicone. wont fall off when you remove the bolt.
Powder coated to look good, can be had in plain and polished. We use stainless steel bolt.
VERY strong, better than stoock. ...the j-nuts were another idea I had,, but they dont look as good,, but will work.
ok,,,,we go down in price,,30 bucks....i was just guessin as I wil lhave to pay the shop....
out shop rate is high...too high. You dont need any tools for this setup.. i gotta get pics on my bike...will try soon.
